Account verification: use the official secure flow
Different checks answer different questions. Follow the request displayed in your own account and keep sensitive documents inside the designated secure process.
Make an informed start
Clear choices start here.Three checks, three different purposes
| Check | What it concerns | Appropriate route |
|---|---|---|
| Email access | Control of the account inbox | Official confirmation or recovery instructions |
| Profile accuracy | The details associated with participation | Your account’s profile fields |
| Identity review | The person behind the account | Designated secure verification flow |
| Reward request review | A particular redemption transaction | Its own request status and instructions |
Identify which check is being requested
An email confirmation establishes access to an inbox. An accurate profile supplies account information. An identity check is a separate review. Read the actual account message so you know which step is incomplete.
CinchBucks has an identity submission and status flow. This guide does not state that every member receives the same request at the same point, or promise a particular approval time.
Start from the signed-in account
Open CinchBucks directly and follow the verification instructions presented in the official product. Confirm the purpose and required document type before supplying information. Do not treat a message from a stranger as permission to upload an identity document elsewhere.
If you cannot tell whether a request is official, ask the Help Center for clarification without attaching the document. An unsolicited request for a password or one-time code is not normal evidence for a general support conversation.
Prepare only what the secure flow requests
Use your own current information and follow the displayed capture instructions. If the account flow asks for an ID image and selfie, provide them only through that designated process. Keep unrelated documents and other people’s information out of the submission.
For a technical issue, report the step and exact error without exposing the document in a screenshot. Check that the requested permissions make sense for the process before choosing to continue.
Track review separately from reward processing
After submission, use the verification status shown to your account. An uploaded file does not by itself prove approval. A later reward request can have its own processing status even after an account check is complete.
If a review needs clarification, refer to the existing submission rather than repeatedly uploading alternate documents. Use the privacy policy and official support channel for questions about handling your information.
A technical question does not need an ID attachment
Illustrative example: the secure verification flow shows a file-upload error. You contact Support with the step, device and error wording, without attaching your identity document to the general ticket. Once the official process is clarified, you use that process for the required submission.
A question worth answering.
Can I send my ID or one-time code to someone who offers faster approval?
Do not use an unofficial intermediary. Follow the designated account flow and contact the official Help Center if a request is unclear.
