Cinch Codes: a bonus code is not a gift-card code
Cinch Codes are entered in CinchBucks. A fulfilled retailer gift card is redeemed with its issuer. Keeping the two routes separate makes both easier to use.

Clear choices start here.Put each item in the right place
| Item | Its purpose | Where to follow it |
|---|---|---|
| Cinch Code | An eligible CinchBucks promotion | Official Cinch Code form |
| Retailer gift-card code | An issued reward product | Issuer redemption instructions |
| Referral link | An invitation route | Official referral terms and records |
| Request reference | Identifies a transaction | Account history or Support |
Identify the code before entering it
A Cinch Code is a promotional code for the CinchBucks redemption flow. A retailer code or reward claim instruction belongs to the issued product’s own process. A referral link identifies an invitation route and is another distinct item.
Read the promotion or fulfillment message to establish which type you have. Do not paste a valuable retailer code into a general promotional field or public discussion to ask what it is.
Use the signed-in Cinch Code flow
Open the official Redeem page or the code area in Rewards & Bonuses and follow the displayed instructions. Enter the code carefully, then read the response from that attempt. An eligibility error, expired code and successful submission are different outcomes.
Promotions can have their own eligibility and usage conditions. This guide publishes no universal active code, fixed bonus amount or promise that every account can use a particular promotion.
Check the result before trying again
After a successful response, review the relevant account record rather than repeatedly submitting the same code. If the interface reports that a code is invalid or already used, preserve the wording and confirm you are following the right promotion.
If a response is unclear, use Support with the promotion reference and date. Do not include passwords or verification codes. Avoid opening extra accounts to reuse a promotion.
Verify the source of a promotion
Find current announcements through official CinchBucks channels and inspect the actual terms. An old coupon list can remain searchable after a promotion ends. A stranger demanding payment to reveal a working code is not evidence of a valid CinchBucks offer.
A code is an optional promotion, not a requirement to understand the platform. You can create a free account and inspect eligible activities without assuming a signup payment.
One word, two different redemption processes
Illustrative example: you receive a retailer gift-card code after a fulfilled reward request. You follow that product’s issuer instructions instead of opening the Cinch Code form. Later, an official CinchBucks promotion supplies a Cinch Code, which you enter in the signed-in promotional flow under its own conditions.
A question worth answering.
